The Mazeppa Community Trail is hosting its second annual Mazeppa Monster Dash! The Halloween 5K fun walk/run will be held on Sunday, October 11th at the Herb Vik Athletic field in Mazeppa. Several new events are planned for this year including a new and improved route! Additionally, there will be face painting, drinks, food, pumpkin decorating, a costume contest and games for the everyone. Several local vendors are participating in the event this year and Halloween Bingo has been added to the list of events, sure to be fun. What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon with family and friends.
Registration is currently open-- be sure to register prior to September 16th to guarantee a shirt. The cost is $30 per participant. Participants registering after September 16th or on the day of the race are welcome.
The days events will begin at 1:00 with check-in, the walk/run starts at 2:00 and other family fun activities will start immediately after the 5K. The event will end at 5PM or until supplies run out.
