PLAINVIEW, Minn. – Wabasha County Farmers Union is hosting a public meeting on Feb. 19 for residents to share information about the deer population in southeastern Minnesota with officials from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
The meeting is set for 1 to 3 p.m. Feb. 19 at the Plainview American Legion, 215 Third Street S.W., Plainview. Call Wabasha County Farmers Union President Eddie Jostock at (507) 273-7852 for more information.
The Minnesota DNR is also collecting information on deer and deer hunting through Feb. 23 on their website, dnr.state.mn.us/hunting/deer/.
