Any sized employer is welcome to join our Wabasha County Workplace Wellness Collaborative! Whether your organization has a wellness initiative in place or is new to the concept, we invite you to learn more and participate. Consistently investing in the health of your employees is an important step for all employers to take.

Workplaces support active transportation connected to the workday
Bicycle-Friendly or Walk-Friendly Certification
MN Wellbeing
Incorporate social connections
Build-trauma-informed principles into workplaces
Optimize support for employees’ wellbeing.

Commercial tobacco-free workplaces
SHIP is a state-based program that works at the local level to support healthier communities by expanding opportunities for active living, healthy eating, wellbeing and tobacco-free living, thereby helping to reduce the leading causes of chronic disease and death. Introducing a six part series to share the U.S. Surgeon General’s Framework for Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing. This framework lays the foundation for workplaces to start to examine their culture and take action to change culture within their organizations.
